  • Certified personal training by qualified Health Mentors
  • Opportunities to learn healthy cooking skills
  • Activities that enhance social connection
  • Smoking cessation support
  • Access to gyms and other exercise facilities

Who is eligible for InSHAPE?

Individuals who are eligible for InSHAPE:

  • Anyone interested in making positive lifestyle changes
  • Medical clearance from primary care doctor to participate
  • Diagnosed and living with with mental health challenges
  • Interested in working towards a healthier life and motivated to set personal wellness goals

Ken Jue, creator of the InSHAPE program has selected The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester to carry InSHAPE into the future as the international hub for the practice, and we couldn’t be more excited.

The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester is committed to expanding the practice to new, certified InSHAPE providers, providing ongoing consultation to existing providers, and bringing this transformative program to more individuals! The Endowment for Health of New Hampshire gathered Monadnock United Way, the Monadnock Community Foundation, the NH Charitable Foundation, and the Hoffman Family Foundation into a funding coalition that became InSHAPE’s Local Initiative Funding Partner with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
